The Frontier Pioneer School is a pre-school based in Kericho County, Kenya. We aim at providing holistic development of a child’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs in order to build a solid and broad foundation for lifelong learning. Here's where we LEARN, PLAY & ACHIEVE. Our classes include PP2, PP1, Playgroup and Daycare. We are also expanding to include Grade 1 classes soon.
Job Role
We are seeking to hire Lower Primary Teachers to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children.
Qualifications and Experience
Required: P1 certificate, Diploma or Degree in Education, valid TSC registration and at least five years of lower-primary teaching experience. Strong foundational literacy, numeracy and CBE assessment skills are essential.
General Requirements for Teaching Roles
TSC registration is mandatory for TSC-regulated teaching positions. All applicants should demonstrate digital literacy, sound communication skills in English and Kiswahili, familiarity with CBE, a strong safeguarding ethos, teamwork, adaptability and a commitment to learner success.
