Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lubricant Distributor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of lubricants to various clients, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve lubricant sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new customers in various sectors (automotive, industrial, etc.).
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Provide product information, technical support, and solutions to customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of lubricant products and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
