Golden Nest Experiences is expanding. We are seeking a polished, intuitive, and strategically-minded Luxury Travel Architect & Operations Coordinator to support the Principal in the curation of “Ultra-Luxury Legacy” journeys.

The DNA:

Obsessive Detail: You live by the “No Noise” standard. You spot the missing linen towel before the client does.

Absolute Discretion: You are a vault. High-level privacy is your second language.

Tier-1 Fluency: You understand the nuances of private aviation, world-class estates, and the “Ghost Service” protocol.

Global Mindset: Based in Nairobi, but thinking in London, New York, and Paris time.

Key Responsibilities:

Journey Architecture: Drafting flawless itineraries and managing real-time logistics with global partners.

Brand Stewardship: Curating the Maison’s presence across social platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) with aesthetic precision.

Partner Liaison: Enforcing the “Maison Mandates” with hotels, pilots, and chauffeurs.

Executive Support: Managing the Principal’s “Pulse”, schedules, reminders, and high-priority administrative tasks.

The Ideal Candidate:

Commanding grasp of English (written and spoken).

Experience navigating the expectations of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).

Tech-fluent (Canva, Booking Systems, Social Media Analytics).
