Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in MEAL frameworks within development or humanitarian programs
- Strong knowledge of M&E tools, data collection methods and accountability mechanisms
- Experience working on real-world MEAL projects or program evaluations
- Familiarity with data management software (KoBo, ODK), reporting tools and donor compliance standards
