Qualifications

Minimum 3 years beverage or bar service experience preferably in a hotel or resort environment.

- Certificate or Diploma in Mixology, Hospitality or related F&B Lounge Operations field.

Computer Literate and proficient in POS sales entry. billing, and digital inventory logging workflows.

- Defensive beverage service and strong hygiene awareness discipline.

Able to work long or irregular hours including weekends and public holidays.

Strong communication and organizational ability.
