Role Purpose

The ML Cohort Guide is responsible for delivering core learning modules, guiding students in both technical and professional skills, and ensuring high-quality facilitation aligned with the Mobile LEAP curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Provide one-on-one academic and emotional support to learners.
• Monitor student progress throughout the cohort.
• Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to motivate learners.
• Report student performance and concerns to the Cohort Captain.
• Assist in organizing outputs and learning evaluations.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Bootcamp training program level
• Successfully completed the TTT program and have been a Coach in at least two Mobile LEAP Cohorts.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to mentor students, Apprentices and Coaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Additional languages
• Google Adwords experience
• Strong analytical skills
