Volunteer Opportunity – MOU Team
International Humanity Foundation (IHF)
The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.
We are currently seeking organized and legally-minded volunteers to join our MOU Team.
The MOU Team ensures that every incoming member understands and formally agrees to IHF’s policies, ethics, and code of conduct. You handle the "Memorandum of Understanding"—the critical contract that protects our children, our volunteers, and our global mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Issuance: Send official MOU documents to successful applicants once they pass the interview and reference stages.
- Compliance Tracking: Monitor the return of signed documents and ensure all pages are initialed and signed correctly.
- Policy Guidance: Answer basic questions from new members regarding IHF policies and expectations outlined in the agreement.
- Record Management: Maintain a secure, organized digital filing system for all legal agreements.
- Liaison: Coordinate with the New Member and IT teams to ensure access is only granted once the MOU is fully executed.
? Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptionally detail-oriented (able to spot a missing signature or date instantly).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Interested in Law, Paralegal studies, Contract Management, or HR Compliance.
- High level of integrity and respect for confidential documents.
- Comfortable using digital signature platforms and spreadsheets.
