Job Purpose
To support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, improving financial and operational processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making through effective system management and stakeholder collaboration.
Job Responsibility and Accountability
- Provide day-to-day functional support: resolve user queries, manage configuration changes, triage Allectec support tickets.
- Support in UAT execution, cutover preparation, and post-go-live hypercare.
- Configure D365 F&O modules for business process changes, new user setup, and periodic maintenance.
- Administer D365 F&O user access, security roles, and system settings.
- Act as first point of contact for Finance and Supply Chain users on D365 F&O queries.
- Deliver D365 F&O end-user training as the primary functional trainer; develop module-specific scenario guides and job aids for Finance and SCM users.
- Assess, document, and manage change requests from business units; escalate to Allectec where development is required.
- Manage day-to-day Allectec support tickets; monitor resolution against SLA commitments.
- Attend monthly Allectec programme review meetings.
- Maintain the change request log and open issues register for the Allectec AMC
- Actively support the technical setup, configuration, testing, and go-live of all active transformation programs, including D365 F&O, Microsoft Modern Workplace (M365), D365 CRM, D365 HRMS, Power BI, and the Retail E-Commerce and B2B platforms — contributing within the scope of this role.
- Provide hands-on user support during UAT, go-live, and the post-go-live hyper care period for each platform; ensure issues raised by users are triaged and resolved or escalated promptly.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of end-user training materials and sessions for all platforms relevant to this role
- Maintain readiness documentation and personal runbooks for all transformation platforms within scope; update the ICT Knowledge Repository within five working days of any configuration or process change.
- Participate in project working groups, testing cycles, and go-live events as directed by the Head of ICT; raise risks and issues proactively through the programme governance process.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Microsoft Certified: D365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310) — to be achieved within 12 months.
- Minimum 3 years in ERP functional support or consulting — demonstrable D365 F&O, Dynamics AX, or Business Central experience.
- Finance or supply chain functional domain knowledge.
- Experience supporting end users on enterprise ERP platforms.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O: Finance, AP/AR, SCM, and Inventory modules.
- D365 user access administration and security role management.
- Business process documentation and UAT execution.
- Power BI fundamentals — reporting from D365 data entities.
