About the Role

Amentum is seeking an MSC Riding Gang Administrative Specialist to support our operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth administrative functioning of the riding gang, contributing to the overall success of our projects in various international locations.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for a range of duties including, but not limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining records and documentation.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for the riding gang.
  • Assisting with procurement and inventory management.
  • Preparing reports and presentations.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in international or remote locations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is advantageous.

This position may involve working in challenging environments and requires adaptability and resilience.
