Job Summary
We are seeking a Machine Operator Trainee to join our production team. The role is suited for candidates with technical training who are interested in building practical experience in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be trained to assist in operating production machinery used in the manufacture of packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the basic of the production cycle.
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Follow SOPs of production and the company.
- Shadow the operator and learn from them.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
Requirements
- TVET certificate or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Technology, or a related technical field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable, attentive, and safety conscious.
