We are seeking a highly-skilled, reliable,

self-motivated Machine Operator to join our

production team.

Machine Operation & Setup: Set up and prepare machinery for production runs according to specifications. Operate various production machines safely and efficiently. Monitor machine operations to ensure accurate product measurements and specifications. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and preventative maintenance on machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues during operations. Communicate with supervisors or maintenance technicians to report complex malfunctions. Quality Control & Production: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain production goals. Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, workplace protocols, and company procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Properly use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE). Recordkeeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of machine operation, production data, and any malfunctions. Report production issues and equipment performance to supervisors.

Bachelor's degree in related field
