Machines Operator Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related field). Prior experience operating packing machines within a food/biscuit production. Knowledge in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and automation systems for machine operation and troubleshooting. Proficiency in setting up, running, adjusting & maintaining packing equipment (e.g. flow wrappers, film seal machines). Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices and a proactive approach to problem-solving & process improvement. Capable of performing mechanical maintenance and product changeovers. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Strong reporting, communication and teamwork skills. High attention to detail & adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety is required
