Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain property grounds, plumbing systems, and general facilities

Install, repair, and service plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and fittings

Conduct routine inspections of water systems, meters, and solar panels

Carry out minor apartment repairs (cupboards, lighting, furniture, blockages, painting, etc.)

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond promptly to maintenance requests

Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and building codes

Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory assigned to the role

Coordinate maintenance activities with Front Office and Housekeeping

Report faults, hazards, and unusual property conditions

Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and professional appearance at all times

Perform any other duties as assigned to support operational goals

Requirements:

High school certificate with relevant hands-on maintenance experience

Certificate in landscape maintenance is an added advantage

Basic knowledge of plumbing, general repairs, and maintenance work

Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA standards

Professional attitude, good communication, and teamwork skills
