Maintenance Officer - KABU01/02-D008/09/01/001
Responsibilities or duties
- Overall supervision and maintenance of physical infrastructure
- Carry out routine inspection on repairs on building that includes plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting and electrical works.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedule
- Oversee University project, equipments, buildings and ensure proper use
- Ensure facilities compliance with safety standards
- Supervise and certify work of service providers, ensuring quality works and adhere to relevant regulations
- Maintenance of building exterior, grounds, gardens, pathways and car parking
- Maintenance of inventory of tools and equipment
- Ensure proper sanitization standards and maintenance in the university
- Coordinate regulatory environmental audits
- Provide monthly reports to university management
Qualifications or requirements
- Diploma in Architectural engineering
Experience needed
- Three years of work experience
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
