Role Context
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of factory equipment and utilities. This role is crucial for maintaining production efficiency and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out equipment repairs to allow for improved equipment performance.
- Carrying out safe machine installation in the factory as assigned.
- Carrying out SHEQ processes (Safety, Occupational Health, Environment and Quality).
- Carrying out continuous improvement initiatives.
- Generation of reports as requested.
- Implementation of maintenance's policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechatronics or similar technical disciplines.
- Food hygiene and HACCP training.
- Minimum two years' hands-on experience in manufacturing principles in a technical capacity.
- Working knowledge in maintenance of plant utilities will be an added advantage.

- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Safety and compliance.
