JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily mall operations including tenant management, lease compliance, and service providers (security, cleaning, maintenance)

Drive revenue growth through occupancy optimization and marketing initiatives

Prepare and manage budgets, control operational costs and financial performance

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory regulations

Lead, mentor, and manage the mall management team

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field

5–8 years' experience in retail or commercial property management

Strong knowledge of leasing, facilities management, and financial management

Experience managing large retail or mixed-use developments is an advantage

Key Competencies: Strong leadership, financial and analytical abilities, negotiation skills, customer-focused mindset, high integrity
