We are seeking to recruit qualified, experienced, and highly motivated professionals to join our team in the following positions:

Management Accountant

(Focus: Financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, management reporting, and strategic decision support)

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to develop realistic budgets, and prepare periodic financial forecasts for management.
• Cost Accounting & Analysis: Analyze production costs, overheads, and operational expenses, providing detailed cost reports and variance analysis against budgets.
• Management Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with insightful commentary for executive decision-making.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) such as gross margin, operating profit, ROI, and working capital efficiency.
• Pricing Support: Provide cost data and financial analysis to support pricing decisions, product profitability assessments, and make-or-buy evaluations.
• Investment Appraisal: Conduct financial feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and investment appraisals (NPV, IRR, payback) for capital expenditure projects.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls, supporting external audits and statutory reporting requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years' relevant work experience in an agricultural or horticultural environment.
• Demonstrated professional competence, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
