Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a Brand Champion by developing brand plans aligned with corporate brand image, promise, values, and guidelines.
  • Ensure alignment of brand engagement and collateral with established brand guidelines.
  • Serve as a brand steward by assessing brand perception among key stakeholders.
  • Align brand messaging to position the organization as an award-winning and thought leader in the industry.
  • Manage internal brand image to foster a positive brand culture and uphold corporate identity.
  • Appoint and train brand champions across outlets to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Develop and implement brand initiatives aligned with business objectives and brand goals.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, including branches, agents, ATMs, and digital platforms.
  • Evaluate stakeholder engagement and identify tools to enhance brand advocacy.
  • Drive internal engagement initiatives to strengthen brand culture.
  • Develop and manage brand collateral in line with guidelines and target audience needs.
  • Ensure visibility tools comply with brand standards and relevant regulatory or local requirements.
  • Identify and manage vendor partnerships to deliver brand collateral in line with procurement guidelines.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand perception.
  • Prepare and manage the annual brand budget.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
  • Professional qualification in CIM is required.
  • Master’s degree in a business-related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing/brand management.
  • Strong experience in strategy formulation and execution.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Dynamic, adaptable, and results-driven.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and execution of annual brand plans.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to make timely, effective decisions and take accountability.
  • Resilience in managing strategic and operational challenges.
  • Demonstrates emotional maturity and professionalism in all situations.
