Background

Browns Plantations Kenya Limited, part of the Browns Plantations in Kenya, is looking for an exceptional, detail-oriented and principled professional to join us as Manager, Contractor Management (Kericho).

This is more than a compliance role. It is a strategic position at the heart of:

• Contractor governance and accountability
• Human Rights Due Diligence implementation
• Certification standards (Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance and statutory compliance)
• Ethical labour practices and industrial relations
• Strengthening operational risk management across our estates

You will work at the intersection of operations, sustainability, audit and corporate affairs ensuring that standards are not just documented but lived and enforced.
