Job Description

The Manager, Finance Systems, Data and Automation is responsible for strengthening financial integrity, process efficiency, operational resilience, data quality, and revenue protection across the Bank. The role ensures that financial systems, data flows, reconciliations, controls, and reporting processes are optimized and automated, while ensuring end‑to‑end visibility on revenue leakage risks, adherence to Group Standards, and compliance with Data and Risk governance frameworks.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree

Field of Study: Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

Professional certifications preferred: ACCA, CPA, CISA, DAMA

Experience Required

5-7 Years

Experience with:

• Finance, Financial Systems, Risk Assurance, or Data functions.
• Automation, digital transformation, and revenue assurance
