Role Purpose

Provide leadership in internal audit and risk management functions, ensuring compliance, accountability, and effective governance within the Kenya Power Pension Fund.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal audit strategies and risk management frameworks.
• Conduct audits to assess financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Provide recommendations for strengthening internal controls.
• Report audit findings to management and the Board.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
