Job Summary

The Manager – Facilities Management & Maintenance is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance operations to ensure buildings, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Manage facility maintenance budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor maintenance performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and capital projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Relevant experience in facilities or maintenance management.
