Background

The Manager HR Reporting, Insights & Decision Support will lead the HR analytics and reporting agenda within M-Pesa Africa. The role is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable HR insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of HR dashboards, metrics, and performance reports.
  • Provide analytical support to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Translate workforce data into meaningful insights that support strategic decisions.
  • Develop predictive models and trend analyses to inform workforce planning.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance in HR systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR analytics with business priorities.
  • Continuously improve reporting frameworks and automation processes.
