JOB DETAILS:
WE ARE HIRING – MANUFACTURING ROLES
We are recruiting for the following positions:
1. Boiler Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- a) Operate and maintain boiler systems safely and efficiently
- b) Monitor pressure, temperature, water levels and other required indicators
- c) Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance
- d) Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
2. Pallet Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- a) Operate and monitor the pellet press machine
- b) Adjust settings to meet production and quality standards
- c) Identify and report machine faults and perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance
- d) Follow safety and operational procedures
3. Control Panel Operator
- a) Monitor and control production processes through control panels
- b) Identify, troubleshoot and report operational faults
- c) Record and maintain accurate production data
- d) Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
Requirements (All Roles):
- ✔ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Engineering related field
- ✔ Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- ✔ Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an added advantage
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
