JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the Pearl Hospital's Marketing services and campaigns.
The successful candidate will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals jointly set with management.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise, oversee and coordinate all the operations and activities of the PR and Marketing Department.
- Develop and implement appropriate marketing strategies.
- Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships.
- Manage the production and use of marketing materials.
- Organize, coordinate and attend PR and marketing events such as conferences, seminars, medical camps, promotional campaigns, open days, tours and visits, CSR and teambuilding activities.
- Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and advise the management accordingly.
- Develop a feasible marketing plan for the hospital's internal and external image and promoting good public image.
- Prepare and submit departmental strategies, outreach schedules/merchandizes and other departmental requirements.
- Address and resolve any matters of concern with regard to client feedback and report any issues of concern to the Management.
- Write and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports for the marketing department to the management.
- Write daily, weekly, and monthly reports about the Cancer unit, IVF & Dialysis.
- Perform any other duty assigned by the hospital management.
Additional Responsibilities (Inspired by Industry Standards):
- Collaborate with medical staff to highlight specialized services (e.g., Cancer, IVF, Dialysis) through targeted campaigns.
- Leverage digital marketing tools, including social media and SEO, to enhance patient engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to refine Pearl Hospital’s marketing approach.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and ethical standards.
- Foster partnerships with local communities and stakeholders to amplify the hospital’s outreach.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles, be excellent in communication and should have experience in managing different marketing ventures.
Preferred Skills (Added from Typical Hospital Marketing Roles):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM software.
- Creative thinking with a patient-centric approach.
