WE’RE HIRING| - Marketing, Communications & Brand Officer
Karen Country Club is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing, Communications & Brand Officer to lead member communications, digital platforms, content creation, and brand management across the Club’s sporting, dining, leisure, and social offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Club marketing, communications, and brand initiatives
- Create high-quality content (print, digital & social media)
- Manage social media platforms and digital engagement
- Lead newsletters, campaigns & promotions
- Support Club events, committees & internal communications
- Track performance, analytics & prepare management reports
- Uphold brand standards, governance & professional communication
- Support Management in crisis communication planning and execution to safeguard the Club’s reputation
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing/communications/content/digital roles
- Strong writing, content creation & social media management skills
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, luxury or member-based organisations is an added advantage
- Graphic design & photography skills are a plus
