About the Role

YPPeople, a leading HR and outsourcing agency in Africa, is recruiting for Yellow Pages Kenya, a regional publisher and digital agency operating in Kenya, Angola, Cape Verde, Tanzania, Sao Tome e Principe, and Mozambique. The Marketing Assistant Manager will help execute digital and traditional marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage digital/traditional marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, content, PR)
  • Drive social media engagement and analyze performance metrics
  • Support new product launches and service promotions
  • Manage vendor partnerships and coordinate marketing activities
  • Organize PR initiatives, expos, and industry events
  • Utilize CRM tools for campaign tracking and client engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing teams across multiple African markets
  • Prepare marketing reports and insights for leadership

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing (digital or general)
  • Proficient in social media marketing and analytics
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign management
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in multicultural settings
