About the Role
Acacia Premier Hotel is seeking a creative and results-driven Assistant Marketing Executive to promote our brand and services. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, manage, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all platforms.
- Oversee content creation, including social media, website, blogs, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create integrated marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, recommending improvements for ROI optimization.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Organize promotional events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
- Awards for the Hotel / Individuals .
- Creative content development as per the latest trends in the market .
- Photography for Social Media .
- Promoting hotel related activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing; hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office programs.

- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Creative, analytical, and self-motivated with strong initiative.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively across teams.
