Location: Nairobi
The Role
We are looking for a marketing professional with hands-on FMCG experience who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand creation, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Execution
Support the development and execution of our marketing strategy, ensuring consistent and on-brand positioning across all channels.
Drive integrated marketing activities across inbound and outbound channels to increase brand awareness and sales.
Digital & Social Media Management
Manage and grow our social media presence through consistent content publishing, audience engagement, and performance tracking across all markets.
Monitor digital performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance reach and engagement.
Campaigns, Agencies & Budget Management
Coordinate with external agencies on brand assets, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar and support budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
Market Insights & Demand Generation
Conduct market and consumer research across geographies, channels, and customer segments.
Work closely with the sales team to design and execute demand generation and lead-generation programs, including lead tracking and reporting.
Growth & Innovation Support
Support new product launches and innovation initiatives by analyzing market opportunities and customer insights.
Identify and evaluate new market channels and develop strategies for market penetration.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track marketing KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI, providing regular performance reports and insights to guide decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role within the FMCG industry.
Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with creative or marketing agencies.
Solid understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is an added advantage.
