Job Purpose

The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing operations by coordinating campaigns, brand activations, and promotional events. The role ensures consistent brand representation across all touchpoints to drive brand awareness, customer engagement,and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage brewery-led events such as beer festivals, tasting sessions, launch parties, and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate logistics, set-up, and branding for all events and activations.
  • Develop event reports including attendance, reach, customer engagement, and ROI.
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns for various beer brands and seasonal products.
  • Coordinate the design, printing, and distribution of marketing materials (posters, POS, merchandise, etc.).
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution of promotional activities.
  • Plan and execute brewery events, tastings, festivals, bar activations, and sponsorships.
  • Liaise with distributors, outlets, and event organizers to ensure strong brand visibility.
  • Coordinate logistics, sampling, and promotional staff during activations.
  • Capture and report event performance metrics and feedback.
  • Gather consumer and competitor insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Conduct market visits to assess brand visibility and execution at point of sale.
  • Prepare regular reports on market trends, customer feedback, and promotional performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets, invoices, and supplier payments.
  • Maintain an updated marketing calendar of activities.
  • Support internal communication of marketing initiatives to the sales and production teams.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute on-trade promotional activities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility across bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues (POS materials, signage, tap handles, menus, coasters, etc.)
  • Coordinate sampling programs and staff training sessions in outlets to promote brand advocacy.
  • Ensure the brewery’s image and messaging are consistently represented during all activities.
  • Support the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Work with creative agencies, printers, and suppliers to produce and distribute marketing collateral.
  • Monitor stock levels of promotional materials and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Maintain an updated marketing calendar of events, promotions, and bran activities.
  • Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, on-trade promotions, and event outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or hospitality sectors.
  • Experience coordinating events and marketing activations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and passionate about brand storytelling
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with a hands-on attitude.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to marketing decisions.
