JOB SUMMARY
As a Marketing Executive - Operations at AutoXpress, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing team with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. You will collaborate with various departments to coordinate marketing campaigns, maintain marketing materials, and contribute to our overall marketing strategy. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing projects and activities, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on target.
- Maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, ensuring they are up to date-and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Support the marketing team in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Monitor marketing budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports on marketing performance.
- Assist in creating and optimizing marketing campaigns for retail branches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new marketing tools/software to enhance marketing efforts.
Education, Experience and Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
