JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand communication, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, plan, and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Manage content creation for social media, email, website, and other digital channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, activations, and product launches.
• Maintain relationships with media, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Manage the company’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all channels

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.).
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an added advantage.
