Key Responsibilities
Branding & Creative Management
- Manage and maintain branding assets for all group companies
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and print platforms
- Develop and oversee brand positioning and messaging
- Create marketing artworks and visual content aligned with brand guidelines
- Maintain and update brand guidelines where necessary
Digital Platforms & Website Management
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of company websites
- Ensure websites are up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing objectives
- Optimize digital platforms for performance, engagement, and conversions
- Oversee SEO implementation and digital visibility initiatives
Social Media & Content Management
- Manage all social media channels across group companies
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms
- Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and grow online communities
- Track social media growth and performance metrics
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and corporate communications
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using relevant analytics tools
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Monitor ROI on campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in marketing (digital and traditional)
- Prior experience working in a marketing agency and/or managing company digital media platforms
- Proven experience managing multiple brands or projects simultaneously
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy
- Experience managing websites and social media platforms
- Ability to design creative and visually compelling marketing materials
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
Core Competencies
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Data-driven and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
