Key Responsibilities.

  • Story telling – document, develop and articulate compelling Centum Re stories about our track record, investment solutions, gaps and market insights to attract investors.
  • Investor education – plan, develop and create content that educates and informs potential investors on the advantages of real estate investments especially focusing on passive income and wealth creation. 
  • Brand awareness – ensure 9 out of 10 people in Kenya with internet connected devices have interacted with the Centum Re brand while browsing through internet and various social media platforms.
  • Lead generation – plan, craft and organize daily and weekly marketing activities across all channels (social media, digital marketing, website among others) to generate +1,200 leads of prospective investors.
  • Campaign management – develop and execute creative, out of the ordinary marketing campaigns that stand out in the market and resonate with prospective investors seeking real estate opportunities.
  • Market research – undertake data and facts driven marketing initiatives. Undertake research to continuously refine strategies and ensure the business is competitive.
  • Digital engagement – leverage social media, digital platforms and existing company digital platforms to actively engage with the audience, create valuable interactions, generate interest and foster a strong community relationship.
  • Content creation – partner, develop and oversee the creation of content (videos, blogs, webinars, newsletters, investment guide) that communicate Centum RE opportunities, construction progress and market insights to the public.
  • Partnerships and collaboration – maintain existing, nurture and build new strategic partnerships with key keyholders to amplify Centum RE brand visibility and marketing efforts

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a strong track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly in real estate or related industries.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities with the skill to craft persuasive and engaging content.
  • Demonstrated success in driving brand awareness and lead generation using digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Ability to research and present facts in a compelling, easy-to-understand format for investors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A can-do attitude, drive, and determination to succeed.
  • Minimum KCSE B+ and a Bachelor’s Degree (Second Upper) in marketing, communications, or related field.
