Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, strengthen merchant engagement, and support DukaLOCO’s mission of empowering businesses through innovative e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms and website content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Build strategic partnerships.
• Monitor marketing performance and ROL.
• Manage marketing budgets and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ marketing experience.
• Experience in retail, electronics, or e-commerce is an added advantage.
• Strong digital marketing and branding skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12
