Responsibilities

Manage marketing campaigns, social media, and marketing materials. Work closely with sales teams to understand field realities. Develop and execute marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, content, or brand-related roles. Strong storytelling and content creation skills. Practical, hands-on mindset with ability to execute fast. Good project management skills and attention to detail. Fluent English and Swahili.

Advantageous Experience

• Experience in B2C marketing.
• Experience in agri-business, rural marketing, renewable energy, climate-tech, clean cooking, or similar sectors.
• Experience working with field sales teams or community-based campaigns.
• Experience creating video content, customer testimonials, or impact stories.
