Nrs Sacco is a modern Sacco which encourages a saving culture of all our members contributing positively to the economy of our country. NRS Sacco brings on board a variety facilities, products and services that are tailor made to fit the needs and enhance the economic welfare of different categories of our members both in informal and formal sector.

• Develop, implement, and review marketing strategies, plans, policies, and procedures to support the achievement of the Society’s goals and objectives.
• Set marketing targets, coordinate departmental activities, and monitor performance to ensure achievement of targets.
• Grow membership, increase awareness and visibility, and enhance the SACCO’s market share.
• Advise management on the performance of different products, services, and market segments.
• Design, develop, and review products and services that meet the needs of various market segments.
• Carry out market intelligence, customer surveys, and feasibility studies for business expansion and new opportunities.
• Manage, maintain, and grow the Society’s social media platforms and other communication channels.
• Coordinate branding, public relations, advertising, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Organize and manage Society events including AGMs, SGMs, member education, trainings, and Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
• Represent the SACCO in external functions and stakeholder engagements.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure prudent use of resources.
• Develop and implement growth strategies, business development initiatives, and income-generating opportunities.
• Identify, map, and pursue business opportunities aligned to the SACCO’s strategic objectives.
• Build, manage, and retain relationships with existing and prospective members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare business proposals and negotiate partnerships on behalf of the SACCO.
• Increase the client and member base through targeted business development activities.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the SACCO’s products, services, value proposition, and industry trends.
• Prepare reports on successes, challenges, emerging opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
• At least two (2) years’ relevant marketing and business development experience, preferably in the financial sector.
• Experience in a DT SACCO, commercial bank, microfinance bank, or other regulated financial institution will be an added advantage.
