Background

Our client is seeking a qualified and proactive Marketing Nurse to support product promotion and business development within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will combine clinical nursing knowledge with marketing and relationship-building skills to drive product uptake and strengthen client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and promote medical supplies and products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and basic clinical education where required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, clinicians, procurement teams, and facility managers.
  • Support sales activities through lead generation, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
  • Provide clinical insights to support marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Collect market feedback and report on customer needs, product performance, and competitor activity.
  • Participate in outreach activities, exhibitions, and healthcare events.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified and registered nurse (Diploma or Degree in Nursing).
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare environments and clinical workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in engaging healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Target-driven and able to work independently in the field.

Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing (must be registered with the relevant nursing council).
  • Additional training or certification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
