Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Officer who will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies while coordinating and delivering product and skills training to internal teams and external customers. The role combines brand growth, customer engagement, and capacity building to support business development and overall company performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns across counties.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company products.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, website content, paid ads).
- Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, product catalogues, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Organize and coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue targets.
- Coordinate product training, exhibitions and field activations nationwide.
- Handle customer feedback loops.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in marketing preferably in a manufacturing – building materials industry, training, or a related role.
