Responsibilities or duties
- Planning, executing, and tracking campaigns across digital and on-ground channels, from briefing creatives to scheduling, posting, and performance reporting
- Writing copy and coordinating visuals for social media, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and sales materials
- Planning and executing field activations, product demos, trade shows, and community events
- Tracking campaign metrics and sharing market insights that shape strategy
- Conducting competitor research and analysis and maintaining a regular reporting cadence
- Tracking marketing spend across channels against awareness and sales conversion outcomes to maximise ROI
- Managing records of marketing POSMs and branded merchandise
- Collaborating with the sales team on lead generation and supporting partner marketing efforts
Qualifications or requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Fluency in digital marketing tools - Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar
- Strong written English; Swahili is a bonus
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable taking initiative
- Genuine curiosity about mobility, fintech, or clean energy in Africa
Experience needed
2–3 years of relevant marketing experience
