Mhasibu Housing was registered under the Companies Act (Cap.486), laws of Kenya in April, 2009. The company is a fully owned subsidiary of Mhasibu Sacco Society Limited (hereinafter MSSL/Sacco). MHCL was established to enable Sacco members to acquire affordable housing solutions by pooling resources and benefiting economies of scale. Due to its success, especially in reducing the cost of land, members of the public were attracted by its products and at the moment MHCL serves members of the Sacco and members of the public who willingly choose to participate in MHCL projects. MSSL is a Sacco for the accountants. The Sacco was established by the institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) in 1986. MSSL is 30 years old and has over 11,000 active members.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and lead generation. The role involves implementing effective marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities to enhance the company’s market presence. You will play a key role in coordinating digital and offline promotional activities, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting sales objectives through targeted marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Sales team and other internal departments to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals, optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights, and contribute to overall business growth. A strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a-results-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Degree will be an added advantage.

At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Prepare, maintain, and ensure accurate documentation of sales agreements and offer letters.
  • Ensure all marketing materials, communications, and campaigns reflect consistent branding and messaging aligned with the company’s brand strategy and vision.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials including brochures, banners, property listings, and digital content.
  • Assist in managing and updating the company website to ensure accurate, timely information and an optimized customer journey from inquiry to conversion.
  • Conduct research on relevant expos and market activation opportunities, ensuring detailed reporting on attended events and campaigns. Collect and document accurate customer feedback from site visits, and manage post-event follow-ups including lead tracking and conversion monitoring.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events to enhance brand visibility and support sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Support the implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
  • Assist in maintaining positive customer relationships through consistent engagement and follow-ups.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead generation, website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion metrics and advise accordingly on the best advertising modes
  • Coordinate the management of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X) to enhance brand engagement and drive lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Degree will be an added advantage.
