Position Summary
The Marketing Team Lead will oversee and execute all marketing activities related to brand strategy, campaign planning, digital & social media management, and trade marketing execution for Mini Group’s FMCG products. This role leads the internal creative resources (Designer & Videographer) while collaborating with Category Managers and Sales Teams to maximize marketing impact and return on investment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales targets and distribution priorities
- Design and implement campaign plans for product launches and seasonal activations
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and report on execution quality, reach, volume impact, and ROI
Trade Marketing & In-Store Execution
- Own all trade marketing materials including POSM, posters, displays, and sampling activities
- Conduct monthly trade marketing audits and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Coordinate with the Hypermarket Team and Category Managers to align in-store marketing with execution goals
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage the digital content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, website)
- Oversee paid media, influencer campaigns, and digital community engagement
- Track and report monthly digital performance including reach, engagement, and conversion
Team Leadership & Creative Direction
- Provide clear briefs and direction for all creative outputs from the Designer and Videographer
- Ensure all creative outputs comply with brand guidelines and are approved before publication
Budget & Supplier Management
- Develop and manage the quarterly marketing budget for approval
- Track marketing expenditure and proactively flag variances
- Secure supplier co-funding for campaigns and negotiate rates with agencies and media partners
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Submit weekly activity updates and monthly performance reports
- Provide quarterly competitive intelligence reports, including competitor campaigns and new product launches
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 5–7 years experience in FMCG marketing, with a strong background in brand management and digital marketing execution
- Proven experience in managing creative teams, trade marketing, and campaign planning
- Experience in budget management and securing supplier co-funding
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong brand management, campaign planning, and trade marketing expertise
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, paid media, and influencer marketing
- Excellent financial acumen for budget management
- Leadership and team coordination skills (particularly creative teams)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and ROI skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
