Your Purpose
As a Massage Therapist on our cruise ships, you’ll help guests relax and feel their best during their voyage. You’ll provide soothing massage treatments that promote well-being and offer a peaceful escape from the daily routine. Your skills will make a difference by giving our guests the relaxation they deserve while contributing to their overall wellness experience at sea.

Your work will directly affect the happiness and comfort of our guests. You’ll deliver customized massage treatments that help guests relax, reduce stress, and improve their physical well-being. By creating an unforgettable spa experience, you will play a big part in making their cruise enjoyable, ensuring they leave the spa feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Your Journey So Far
We are looking for Massage Therapists with:
- at least 150 hours of certified training in Swedish or Deep Tissue massage and a strong understanding of body anatomy and physiology.
- Applicants should have prior experience working in a spa environment, be certified in at least three additional massage techniques, and demonstrate excellent skills in creating a memorable and personalized experience for guests.
- Caribbean nationals must have a certificate or diploma from the National Council on Technical Vocational Education and Training (NCTVET).
Your Essentials
To be part of our team, you must meet these requirements:
- Fluent English (at least a b1 level)
- Minimum 150 hours of certified training in Swedish or Deep Tissue massage
- Knowledge of body anatomy and physiology
- NCTVET certification (for Caribbean nationals)
- Experience in a spa setting
- At least three additional massage technique certifications
Additional Extras (not mandatory)
- Hot Stones Massage
- Bamboo Massage
- Thai Poultice Massage
- Balinese Massage
- Shiatsu
- Reflexology
- Reiki
- Oncology Massage
- Experience on cruise ships
