Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer care.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible and willing to work weekends or shifts where required.

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, washing, blow-drying, and treatment services.
• Advise clients on suitable hairstyles and hair care products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Keep up with current beauty and hair trends.
• Recommend suitable hair care products and services.
• Ensure clients receive a high-quality salon experience.
