MOMBASA YOUNG MOTHERS Stylish Hub is hiring. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Job Purpose

To provide safe, professional and client-centred massage and wellness services while maintaining high standards of hygiene, privacy, professionalism and customer care.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Masseuse will:

• Welcome clients and establish their massage and wellness needs.
• Conduct appropriate client consultations before treatments.
• Provide professional massage services using approved techniques.
• Explain treatment procedures to clients before beginning a session.
• Adapt massage techniques appropriately to client preferences and comfort levels.
• Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality at all times.
• Identify situations where a client may require referral to a qualified medical professional.
• Ensure massage rooms and treatment areas are clean, comfortable and hygienic.
• Clean and sanitise massage equipment and surfaces between clients.
• Maintain adequate supplies of towels, oils and other approved materials.
• Observe appropriate health and safety procedures.
• Monitor client comfort throughout treatment.
• Keep appropriate appointment and service records.
• Handle client concerns professionally and report serious complaints to management.
• Support customer-retention and promotional activities.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Participate in relevant training and skills-development activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Hub Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Certificate or recognised training in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Wellness or a related field is preferred.
• Practical experience as a massage therapist is an advantage.
• Knowledge of professional massage techniques and hygiene standards.
