Responsibilities or duties

lnstruction and Lesson Delivery- plan and teach lessons in line with the curriculum, using appropnate teaching methods to support student understanding and engagement.

Assessment and Evaluation- prepare tests, assignments, and exams; mark and provide feedback; monitor and record students' academic progress.

Classroom Management - maintain discrpline, create a safe and inclusive leaming environment, and manage student behavior effectively.

Student Support and Guidance- mentor and guide students on academic and personal development, identify learning difficulties, and refer cases where necessary.

Professional and Administrative 0uties- attend staff meetings, prepare schemes of work and lesson plans, keep records, communicate with parents/guardians, and participate in school activities.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

A degree in Education

Registered with the Teachers Service Commission

Mastery of office software (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Able and willing to live, work and travel in a fast-paced and insecure environment adhering to strict security guidelines.

Experience needed

Two years post graduation experience in teaching
