JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies
- Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve denials
- Liaise with insurance companies and patients
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and payer policies
- Maintain accurate records of all claims processed
- Process claims payments and reconciliations
- Handle claims appeals and disputes
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Medical Records, Health Information, or related field
- 3+ years experience in medical claims processing
- Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)
- Understanding of insurance processes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: associate degree
