The Aga Khan Hospital, Kisumu is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Medical Officer.

The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient consultations, examinations, and investigations.
• Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries.
• Prescribing medications and other treatments.
• Referring patients to specialists when necessary.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Participating in medical education and research activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBChB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration and current practicing license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
• At least 2 years of post-internship experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
