Job Overview

Responsible for managing systemic cancer therapies including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy. The role involves holistic cancer care, from diagnosis to survivorship or palliative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and stage cancers accurately.
  • Develop and prescribe evidence-based systemic therapy plans.
  • Monitor and manage treatment-related toxicities.
  • Provide palliative and supportive care.
  • Participate actively in tumor boards and multidisciplinary discussions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBChB and MMed in Medical Oncology/Clinical Oncology.
  • Specialist registered with KMPDC.
  • Valid practicing license and indemnity cover.
  • Minimum 1-3 years oncology experience.
  • Diagnose and stage cancers accurately.
  • Develop and prescribe evidence-based systemic therapy plans.
  • Monitor and manage treatment-related toxicities.
