JOB DETAILS:
Goodman Agencies Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical distribution company, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our Ophthalmology and ENT product portfolio within Nairobi and its environs.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market assigned Ophthalmology and ENT products to ophthalmologists, ENT specialists, optometrists, pharmacists, and key healthcare institutions.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and coverage objectives.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Conduct regular product detailing, presentations, and CMEs where required.
- Provide timely market intelligence and competitor feedback.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 2 years proven experience in pharmaceutical sales; experience in Ophthalmology / ENT products will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
